- I worked with Yale to develop an automated process for their undergraduate admissions. The process incorporated a custom Banner form, new oracle table, several stored procedures and sql statements to achieve the business goal. Yale's process involved a number of application reviewers both inside the university and outside. Movement to the next appropriate step was based on a status that was being set and captured via workflow to send the work via appropriate path.

HR termination workflow
Spent approximately 6 months working at PCOM on their workflow processes. Designed and helped implement multiple workflows in the admissions, registrar/records, financial aid and human resource offices. A major workflow was the HR Voluntary Leave workflow. Worked very closely with the HR department in defining their needs and designing a process that would be more efficient as well as meet the business goal and audit criteria.
