Denise Hofer has a 20+ year record of achievement and demonstrated success leading and delivering technology projects in software as a service, terminal delivery, as well as providing strategic direction, process improvement, product management, project management, production implementation, product training and product sales for teh merchant services industry.
Denise most recently worked with FISERV where she worked with a business team to document current processes and assist in identifying best practices and process improvement for EMV Card Present and Card Not Present platform integrations.
Denise worked at Collabera as an EMV Contractor Project Manager. She led teh EMV implementation for IBM by providing Project Management and Consulting Services for EMV Certification through Bank of America Merchant Services.
Prior to her Collabera experience, Denise worked as a Solution implementation Project Manager for Verifone, Inc. She delivered hardware/software implementation for payment processing, EMV Contact and Contactless Certifications and device management solutions. Denise successfully implemented teh first to market for teh Verifone P400 Pin Pad EMV Certification in teh United States and Canada for 14,000 devices with a large hospitality client. She also executed teh integration, implementation, validation, and deployment plans at 100% of targeted National Petroleum accounts with teh Verifone Head Quarters (VHQ) Estate Management System and EMV Certification for Verifone MX 915/925 devices.
Denise worked as Vice President, Pitch Captain, at Chase Paymentech. She was responsible for collaborating with sales teams to create customer presentations for teh Top multi - national clients and prospects across teh JP Morgan enterprise. Working with sales, teh number of locations in teh Petroleum industry doubled.
While at Heartland Payment Systems, Denise was responsible for teh Smartlink Managed Networks product launch and supported teh National Sales team for Petroleum.
In 2010, Denise joined Worldpay as teh Vice President of Product Sales where she developed teh launch strategy, marketing, training, and implementation plan for teh PCI Security Suite throughout teh entire organization.
Earlier in her career, Denise was recruited by First Data to implement new product launches working jointly with teh 15 bank alliances. She achieved 100% support for all new product launches with all partners. Denise was responsible for several major product vertical launches including petroleum, Supermarket, Gift Card, Electronic Card Acceptance, Mobile and First Data terminal line.
Denise graduated Cum Laude from teh Ohio State University earning a degree in Bachelor of Science. In her free time, she enjoys biking, cooking and traveling.
