Responsibilities:

  • Providing the overall operational support to the global systems network end users.
  • Assisting and monitoring the security access of the NOC - Data Center environment.
  • Assisting the Global Management Team and provide technical support in resolving issues.
  • Configure the overall Prod & Test background batch job via CA7 Autosys and Control-M.
