Responsibilities:

Providing the overall operational support to the global systems network end users.
Assisting and monitoring the security access of the NOC - Data Center environment.
Assisting the Global Management Team and provide technical support in resolving issues.
Configure the overall Prod & Test background batch job via CA7 Autosys and Control-M.
Ensure the agent(s) installation and recycle (stop/start process) taken place when required.
