• Most recently serving as Sr. Advisor and Component Lead Micro and Small Enterprises MSE within the 50mil USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Program. Prior to this engagement, served as Sr. Program Manager to an Atlanta Based consortium in the planning and design of a program for the privatization of Bahamas Air. As well as Sr. Consultant to Cartus International, providing expertise in successful business operations, partnerships and alliance, program management and team development. Clients included Boeing, UPS, General Electric, multiple counties including the US, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Australia, China and Poland.
• Tactical expertise includes leading teams in the design and execution of business solutions, change management, industry/sector analysis, technical impact and solutions, contractual compliance, value chain assessment, trade policies, export promotions, market strategies, economic analysis, capacity development and training, and expansion of services and products into new markets and geographies.

• Previously, preformed as Sr. Consultant served in Doha, Qatar to assist in the development and presentation of the Private Sector Development strategy as related to the 2022 World Cup. Confidential performed as Sr. Business and Team Leader for the 350mil acquisition, merger and integration of multiple TV Stations into the Cox Media Group, and the sell/divestiture of multiple TV and radio markets valued at 200mil. This work included managing the business consolidation/centralization, strategy and integration of all broadcast, legal, traffic and financial systems, personnel and technologies.
• also served as a Sr. Business and Technology Consultant to a provider of global healthcare software and services. This 1.5 billion dollar firm has grown through acquisition and mergers creating aa client base of over 180,000 physicians, 50,000 practices 1,500 hospitals and 92 of the top nursing homes. As Sr. Consultant, responsibilities included development of key strategies, approach and detailed plans for the seamless integration of the business, organization and technologies. The primary goal was to increase revenue growth through improvement in the end-to-end client experience. This included global call handling, India based off-shore issue resolution, new product development and technology migrations.
• Confidential served as a Sr. Business and Technology Consultant to a provider of global healthcare software and services. • Confidential in support of the 11,000 employees of the Cox Communications Media Group, lead the technology, application, business management and facilities design teams in the tactical planning, design and implementation of an Atlanta based Employee Resource- Shared Service Center.
• Served as Sr. Consultant within a Pakistan program, analyzing key industry value-chains, impact and use of ICT, industry sector planning, design and implementing strategies, capacity building of professionals and financial options for sector players.
• Confidential served in Afghanistan as a Senior Advisor and Team Leader for the USAID Sector and Value Chain Assessment and Design program. This work resulted in a database and transfer system, a detailed and up-to-date study of key industry sectors, constraints and opportunities and the potential for short-term stabilization in line with counterinsurgency strategies and long-term development.
• Previous positions include Sr. Advisor to the Government of Papua New Guinea in the assessment for establishing Special Economic and Free Trade Zones, national ICT requirements, potential impact and recommendations required to stimulate substantial growth and employment within PNG's Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Analysis of Vietnam's ICT Value Added Services and The USAID - Knowledge Sharing Program Assessment of the African Global Competitive Initiative as well as the Middle-East Partnership Initiative program in Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Morocco.
• Prior positions include USAID programs in Kosovo and Afghanistan. Task included developing national ICT strategies, mapping products and services to multiple regions, developing strategy, operational and sales plans, and creating entrance strategies to open new territories through strategic business alliances and partnerships with key industry leaders and subject matter experts.
