  • Worked with AON affinity in life and health domain which was using the vastly growing insurance platform called INSPRO (earlier non as ATIAM).
  • One of my major responsibilities was to fine tune a fulfillment process. dis process was responsible for sending notices (NB and Renewal) to all insured.
  • dis project involved three basic steps:
  • Process correction and preventive measures - complete process was changed and errors were caught before the process was actually executed to generate the notices. Process correction resulted in 55% decrease in ma hours which were spent earlier.
  • Automation of the process - after the process was fine tuned, the next step was automate the process and create a repository of all reports in the sharepoint. Now the manual effort was only 5-10% of the old process. The number of errors TEMPhas reduced to less than 5% now.
