Project Description:

The Confidential project allows the producer to submit a Fixed Annuity new business application electronically via the Allianz website. It uses third party software Firelight which allows full completion and electronic submission of annuity applications, including e-signature capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Planning, Monitoring and Conducting the Business Requirements Elicitation process.
• Conduct Requirements workshops with Business Subject Matter Experts to gather business requirements.
• Work with client BA's to conduct detailed and comprehensive Business Analysis by working with end-users and other stake holders to identify the system, operational requirements, and proposed enhancements

• Digital Home Support project provides a helpline to PC and related equipment to existing and new broadband subscribers. It enables 3rd party agents to authenticate and check a customer's eligibility for service using web services built on the JCAPS 6.2 platform.

Role: Business Analyst / Project Lead
