Successfully completed the design and launch of 3 ODM products in 2016. All were developed in parallel within 9 months, under budget and on time. One product was part of a “bundled product offering” that won the “Best Home Theater Product” for the 2017 Consumer Electronic Show.
Improved customer STB installations by developing and launching the first wireless whole home video network WiFi Access Point accessory. Result: Saved $ hundreds in materials and man-hours per installation for the multi-subscription operator / MSO.
