SLA Compliance for steady state maintenance support. Interacting with end users (if required) through Net meetings/phones/mails for resolving the tickets based on severity levels.
Configured SCM Master Data such as Location, Product, Transportation Lanes, and CVC s.
Created Transport Load Builder (TLB) Profile and assigned it to appropriate Transportation Lane. created and maintained Transportation Lanes.
Worked on CIF Post processing & CIF reconciliation. Creation of integration models for master data & transaction data exchange between ECC & APO.
Unit testing for areas which we configured as well confer Super user s & User manuals to accomplish Final preparation for successful Go - Live.
