  • Served as the PLM and CM Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing high level Enterprise direction and best practice recommendations pertaining to all aspects of PLM, PDM and CM processes. This resulted in updates to the Enterprise-Wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to ECO/MCO Review/Approval Workflow Processes, Reviewer & Approver Groups, Assembly, Part Item & Document Numbering, Item & Type Classifications, etc.

  • Drove efforts in preliminary definitions of Agile PLM procedures and workflows for a new startup “FalCom” Organization (Military Business) within an already established Agile PLM system used by GN Hearing’s (Medical Business) with their very stringent Medical Auditing Requirements. This resulted in permission being granted by GN CEO and CTO for the FalCom Organization to use the GN Enterprise PLM system but, with a safeguard of having a seasoned PLM Change Management Clerk (located in Denmark) assigned to the FalCom Organization, to ensure that none of our Military Business information would ever intermingle, corrupt or violate any of the Medical Business’s PLM System information or Medical Auditing requirements.
  • Collaborated with FalCom’s ME, EE, SW, Purchasing and Manufacturing Department SMEs in finalizing the PLM Processes/Change Order Workflow Requirements. This resulted in me validating and documenting the test results obtained from the PLM System’s “Sandbox”, of the agreed-up Item, Assembly and Document Numbering Nomenclatures, the Review Approval Groups, the Item Type and Categories, the Review and Approval Workflows i.e., ECO, Process Change Orders (PCO), Record Change Orders (RCO), as well as validation of exported metadata info. into ERP (SAP) system. This secured the final approval for the use of GN Enterprise’s PLM System and “Go-Live” of the FalCom’s unique PLM Procedures and Change Order Workflows.
