Title: Senior Business Analyst

As part of an elite team, I am responsible for identifying company projects that were in jeopardy of missing scheduled implementation dates. I then develop a strategy to include resources and updates to areas of impact that ensure the success of the project. During my time at Marriott, my team has never missed a scheduled implementation date. I work as both Business Analyst and Sr. Programmer Analyst, providing programming and analytical support for the Rewards team.

Title: Senior Programmer Analyst

Lead programmer/Business Analyst for the Claims team. Worked with system users to analyze, document the legacy system, create design specifications, and implement NPI inquiry and Exam Entry into the online system. Designed, documented, and developed NPI reporting for batch Claims processing. Researched and developed a reporting system for Illegal Alien claims that facilitated tracking and payment of these claims. I incorporated NDC regulations into the current system. Worked extensively with state auditors to facilitate the tracking and usage of specific drugs related to their allowed diagnosis codes.
