- Created anAccess reporting Database that pulls data from a SQL Server backend and automates Month End report generation. The timeframe to submit month end reports went from 10 to 3 days. The database also provides Daily Quality reports, to monitor potential data issues that may need to be corrected. The database verifiesand reconciles Lotus Notes source system as well as Auditor inputs. Issues are then sent to the individual Auditors and Lotus Notes developers, to make changes within the system.
- Created an Access reporting database that links to SQL Server Branch account data. This information is used for various weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting and quality control requests.
- Use SharePoint web parts and Excel Services through an Access database, to display daily Branch Audit completed production.
- Use SQL 2008 Developer Edition to pull large Branch Audit data sets, to build adhoc reports.
- Help troubleshoot and maintain the Branch Audits Lotus Notes suite of applications.
- One of main testers in a new Branch Audit Notes Database release, I assisted front end testing. My main focus was validating the data from the Notes system flowed correctly to the SQL server Data Mart.

- Created a custom Rounding Visual Basic for Applications function the Branch team uses in Excel/Access and SQL Reporting services. The function allows all custom report rounding to be consistent among all adhoc and Business as usual reports.

- Streamlined and automated Bear Sterns Mortgage Escrow manual data auditing/Reporting processes. I created 2 Access database that automated the old manual steps users would manipulate reports, to begin working their audits. I sat with the users to map out the old processes. This then was the foundation of the applications. The 2 databases use the same logic and create initial templates used by the end users.
- Used software suite Business Objects, to create reports to management based on Customer service issues received by the Escrow Mortgage department.
- Created an Access database that is used for the Departments production metrics. This application allows management to review outstanding loan items and reports each user's Key Performance productivity numbers. The database also scrubs data received from the Investment Bank and quality checks the information, before being sent back.
- Assist in SQL data sampling logic for other areas within Quality Assurance. My role consisted of adding date SQL logic, to allow the data pulls to be automated each month. Also wrote VBA code, to automate the use of the data.
- Developed a Tax recovery Access database that tracks and maintains roughly a half million of Chase uncollected funds.
- Enhanced an Existing Access database to allow monthly Tax data quality reporting to be automated. The process went from 3 to 5 days to one.
- Created an Access database that will automatically append new acquired Chase Escrow data to a tracking database. The Escrow validation team then reports this data, to determine data quality metrics.

- Met with users to resolve a critical reporting need required by the Ohio Public Commission department. This task involved mapping the Public Commission required fields to our data systems and generate a report in the required template. I constructed data tables and a menu user form in an Access database, to allow the users to generate the reports automatically each month.
- Provided Business analysis support to an invoice tracking database application. My tasks included meeting with users to gather and document critical data points. I then worked with internal Technology personal to translate the specifications into a working application. I also met with the users and Technology resources and a weekly basis to ensure the project was moving forward. This application has allowed the timely paying and tracking of phone line invoices.
- Worked with users to automate data gathering for a critical weekly sales report. This data is reported to upper management at a fixed time each week. I reviewed the manual data mining techniques and created an Access database that will import the data into the Sales report Excel template for the user. I created Access tables and queries to gather and store the needed data points. This has allowed the report to be submitted to management without any delays each week.
- Assisted internal operations groups, to integrate various database systems. This allows critical systems to exchange data and generate user-friendly audit reports. I assisted in the documentation of the data flows and was a primary tester in the development process. I worked with internal Technology resources to resolve any interface issues between the systems
- Assisted the Financial director during month end reporting. I gather data from various internal systems and audit the data for errors. I also ensure all data is imported into the required Corporate accounting Excel templates and assist in documenting any large variances from previews months estimates.

- Included: Finding and resolving data conflicts of the new data flowing into our internal systems and helped management resolve process issues by mapping out required data needs and systems integration issues.
- Business lead, on a Revenue Forecasting application system. My tasks included: Project scope requirements, uploading data, validation, documentation and primary tester. The application pulls in data from several internal databases and estimates approximately 12 million in expected revenue on a monthly basis.
