Responsibilities:
- Manage between 15-50 healthcare software projects and project plans at a time, delivering complete solutions on schedule for hundreds of nationwide hospital systems. Some projects included over 20 integration points across numerous healthcare/HIS systems, including Cerner EMR, EPIC EMR, GE Centricity EMR, McKesson (Relay Health) and various accounting and billing systems.

- Created the first inventory control and cost recovery system for the Product Unit. This system created an interface that is used locally as well as Globally.
- Designed and implemented a billing system to more accurately track project costs. This succeeded in reducing capital spending and further lowering Confidential /ACC yearly depreciation.
- Managed the disposition of inventory ($30 million) during plant closure, achieving a savings of $6 million.
Manager, System Test Engineering

- Launched the first completely automated regression testing, which resulted in reduced regression time and increased reliability in the code.

- Designed, maintained and improved the first regression network that would cover all supported protocols. This network transformed into the first demonstration network used in Santa Barbara.
- Promoted a method to overcome a “Can’t be done” culture, by persuading local Senior Management and coordinating overseas engineers to develop essential software improvements that effectively increased customer satisfaction and recaptured staff time lost to slow processing speeds.
- Designed, maintained and upgraded large networks using multiple platforms and hardware, while thoroughly testing routers in a high network load environment, which resulted in fewer customer complaints.
- Created sessions to increase overall knowledge of concepts vital to efficient and thorough testing.
