One group was reporting inconsistent results. I tested and calibrated the equipment, therefore solving the inconsistency issue. Normally, when equipment needs calibrated, an outside company is called in, but with my curious nature, I easily learned to calibrate and validate the equipment, saving the group hundreds of dollars.
