• Once they read and sign the document and will hit submit it will come in to sfdc as attachment and will reside in related list under that account.

• In order to keep data in safe and secure place, we have automated data loader to extract the whole data from salesforce to save on our local servers.
• This is done by automating data loader to export Account, contact, Opportunities information that are newly created or modified in week.
• This is a scheduled job that runs on weekly basis.
• It will export data in csv files and will save at our local servers.
