JP Morgan offers administrative and transaction management services for prime and sub-prime residential and commercial Mortgage Backed Securities MBS programs. I was involved in project named LOAN ORIGINATION SYSTEMS to prepare the initial design phase documents for QFAX application which allows user to fax documents outside the company , MyCM application which allows borrowers to access status of their loan ,OnBase repository of workflows and Captiva repository of scanned images until they are categorized and indexed .I was also involved in preparing training manual and onboarding run books of these five application for the users.
