- Led the $1M, 9-month, initial phase of a Cisco infrastructure implementation for a large, southeastern university medical system. Implementation included four Cisco Business Edition 7000M and five 7000H servers, four ISR 4xxx routers, one VG350 voice gateway running CUCM 11.5, Jabber, Expressway, Contact Center Express, Emergency Responder and and 7841 phone sets.
