  • With the intention to triple professional services revenue by year end, worked with the professional services business leadership Sr. Dir to develop enterprise requirements for a Professional Service Administration solution. Used Gartner / Forrester reports to provide a foundation for the analysis. Used ARIS Express with Event Process Chains EPC and BPMN 2 diagrams to convey to the business how the SageOne and SkyFire products would be sold through eStore and Call Centre. The business users VP, GMs, LMs appreciated the 'fly through' models which enabled them to better understand how they could optimize their current processes. It also enabled the functional teams to understand how they were going to support the wider Sage Cloud initiative of an integrated services framework SOA with SAP, based on published Sage technology standards. A 2 month project .
  • Analysed and implemented an integrated Professional Services Automation PSA solution for the Sage Fixed Assets. Elicitated the requirements, designed the user interface, developed the testing scripts and configured the workflow for the solution. Managed the team of 2-3 C developers over the 5 month project to implement ChangePoint 2010, Web Services and an integrated WebSite. The solution provided a single point of input for 35 sales team to enter 'requests', which allowed the professional services team to manage their projects and pipelines. An integrated dashboard with staff and pipeline reports provided visibility to the Professional Service and Sales organizations.   • Interviewed VP and C level executives to define the requirements for a real-time on demand culture that would open up existing systems, and support increased business performance. Presented an Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture ESOA to executive and leadership teams that would support their needs. This architecture worked in conjunction with the developed workforce solution, and led to the strategic decision to switch ERP products from MAS 500 to Dynamics GP to fully realize a dynamic real-time architecture.
