- Currently managing three major projects that integrate to migrate on line content to a new application being developed in cloud technology, as follows:
- United Health Care Pacific Region on line content in support of business. The program is budgeted at around $ 2.5 million, and impacts as many as around 30 applications that are integrating to migrate content to the new application. Complex methodology, both waterfall and agile, is being used to integrate these applications to migrate the desired content to the new application.
- Application in support to meet Business to Customer requirements is also being migrated to the said new application. Again the methodology being used is hybrid both agile and waterfall. Budget around $ 3.0 million.
- A new application is being developed using SAFE 4.0 approach that will use some /most of the content from the above-said apps, and migrate to & reside in the new portal. Budget is $ 3.0 million
- The overall program is using extensive hybrid approach and utilizing both Waterfall and Agile/SAFE practices to accomplish project delivery.
- Extensive off shore development with onsite supervision - 50-60 resources.
