Responsibilities:
Managing product development activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution involving requirements gathering, maintaining product backlog, maintaining sprint plans, progress monitoring, quality etc.
- Leading business analysis team. Discussing business solutions with business team and convert them to business requirements documentations for the technical team. Responsible for maintaining the product backlog.
- Prepare sprint plans. Prepare agile board, conduct scrum and retrospective meetings. Coordinate with the technical and QA team to Manage and execute the product implementations through sprint releases using agile methodologies.
