  • Showcase project/program manager for Confidential . Voice, Video, and Data full lifecycle program that combined cross-functional platforms and infrastructures for a single billing, and provisioning product. Managed vendors (Cisco, SA, Motorola, SeaChange, etc), local markets, departments, and divisions. Worked directly with the SVP on this project ($50 million dollar Cisco infrastructure project). Sr. Telecom Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Confidential contractor working an assignment for AT&T. The matrix setup is as follows: Main customer, The County of San Diego (CoSD). Northrop Grumman Corporation has a contract from the CoSD for all of their technical requirements. Northrop Grumman subcontracts all components to AT&T, Bearing Point, Confidential, CSC and EDS for their applications and network implementations, design, and support. Working together as one team to satisfy the requirements of the contract. Lead teams as large as 46.
  • Migration/Implementation team member. Responsible for migrating an existing servers and data center while reinforcing the telecom backbone of the network.
  • Data center relocation within the city of San Diego, different states, and additional DR data centers in separate states.
  • Transformation team member. Replaced the entire ATM network to a WAN fiber network. VOIP conversion readiness.
