- Upon learning of Scrum Master opportunity I realized this is who I am as a leader. The servant leadership is my style as I feel most accomplished when seeing my team and team members succeed. As a Scrum Master at Confidential, I am responsible for building my team from grounds up, changing from waterfall method to SAFe Agile.
- I put together a list of Agile courses to prepare my team members to help them transition from waterfall to Agile. I also established Agile ceremonies and provided tools and environment that are conducive to Agile. I helped them transformed requirements into stories that can be done in two - week sprints. I had tripled my team’s velocity in within 3 sprints and sustained the improvement for the remainder of the program increment. My team is still in process of maturing, however they are now fully familiar and comfortable with Agile due to my persistent mentoring and encouragements.

- As a Learning Strategist, I provided strategy and direction for onboarding of new resources (management and professional/ analyst level) to my area within Confidential IT department, as well as providing continuous learning for current resources. I created an onboarding program that shortened the process for new testers and developers from 6-10 weeks to 2-3 weeks. My new onboarding program saved the cost around $25,000 per new hire. - As a well-rounded Test Lead I successfully led my team of software testers to complete testing various Billing and Payment applications prior to releasing new products or updating new versions of the applications.
