- As Sr. Technology Program/Project Manager was responsible for the successful upgrade and transformation project for Confidential 's MicroFocus Net IQ/IDM Identity Management Solution within the TRMIS (Cyber Security) organization. I led the team as we built an entirely new infrastructure from TOSCA Blueprints through DEV, SIT, BAT PAT, PROD and DR. We took this application from Metal and Virtual servers to Rackspace Cloud and TD Hosted IBM Cloud. This project reduced the physical footprint in 3 data centers resulting in operational savings. This solution provides Identity Management Services 30,000 + users and to 96 downstream applications. My team was responsible for all aspects of the transition to the Cloud including access requirements, role based access provisioning workflows, self-service password management, LDAP, AD and Federated access mapping and configuration, Firewall, load balancing and network connection configuration. Our "Cut Over and Go Live" was completed within a 9 hour window with zero down time and no P1 issues. The project had 250+ resources and $3.3MM budget.
- As Sr. Technology Program Manager my responsibilities included US Data Center Transformation and Currency. The scope of this program covered 895 Servers that required upgrades to operating systems, hardware and/or infrastructure. Where ever possible we reduced the physical footprint and migrated to VMWare, Rackspace and TD Cloud Infrastructure. $2.5MM.

- As Sr. Program Manager I was responsible for turning around the financial reporting project supporting the acquisition of the Water / Paper and Pulp business from Ashland Chemicals. I stepped in to pull the project out of the red and meet the mandated financial reporting dates.
