• Confidential is one of the largest Supply chain management and GPO in the Health care industry in North America. It services around 25,000 members, which are comprised of hospitals and non-acute medical facilities. I worked as a BA in MIS Management and Information Services division. I worked on the Valuelynx product.
• The application takes the hospital spend information which includes the total clinical spend and other spend and run it through a benchmarking process to check if their spend is justified with their item master and charge master data. This provides a comprehensive view of the savings and the value their current process and procurement provides for the hospital. It ensures that they get the highest level of quality at the most effective cost.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with the team members including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers front-end, back-end, ATG , QA UX designers in completing Releases in a two week Iteration periods.
• Responsible for creating User Stories with the input of SME's, Product Owner and team members.
• Refine and manage requirements and user stories for design work with product owner to identify MVP Minimum Viable Product create process flow diagrams.

Confidential is the third biggest player in the country in terms of prepaid cellular services. I was involved in the application origination project, where we validate a user and activate their phone on OTA over the air programming. I was working with the Amdocs team and the MetroPCS team to document the activation requirements and also do the process workflows for the account creation and activation in the billing systems. One of our client's State of Texas had outsourced a project 'Modernization with the State of Texas' where we were migrating the client's present Mainframe application to a web-based environment. As a part of this project, we were implementing a SharePoint portal and an imaging system sync with Filenet to store all processing workflows and data in the SharePoint portal. So I was responsible for FileNet implementation. All the documentation processed during the lifecycle of an application was to be imaged, cataloged and stored in the SharePoint database and retrieved as per the workflow process needs. I was in charge of multiple applications in the document management division, where we were to service maintenance request on a weekly basis. This also involved prioritization meetings to schedule and implement maintenance request and change management in a production environment.

• The project was to create a module for Wells Fargo for the Deal Decisioning DD Platform in CORE Project. CORE is the clients Flagship project to centralize all lending LOB's. I worked on three different projects for Legal and Compliance division. Our team was responsible to analyze industry best standards and apply them to our present client solutions.
• Tangible Benefits Service: I was responsible to elicit, author, and validate a Tangible Benefits service. Whenever a Customer wants to refinance his loan with one of our products, he should have at least one positive tangible benefit according to federal laws. Consumer Credit group, Financials, and mortgage will use the service that I designed. It shall run the tests and provide results for tangible benefits to each of these LOB's.
• Mavent Compliance: Mavent is a third party vendor which runs compliance checks on fee's to make sure that they are in line with the federal and state regulations. I generated a GAP analysis between Mavent's out-of-the-Box functionality and Our Client needs.
• Legal and Compliance Calculations Engine: I gathered and also authored the BRD, SRS and HLD documents for the L/C calculation engine. In my earlier assignment in Wells, I had been the project manager on the design for the calculations engine and now I was working on creating the documentation for the calculations that have been implemented. So it was a reverse engineering approach.
