  • Validate that each property opens and operates within budgetary guidelines provided by Owner and within brand standards.
  • Report weekly statistical data and analysis reports from system databases to upper management and various teams.
  • Update and maintain project portfolio and database with thorough information regarding plans, changes requests and all specific details.
  • Coordinate all onsite construction visits, deliveries, installs, surveys etc. prior to opening.
  • Work directly with owners, stake-holders and vendors to confirm constructions are being built as prototype and under all required SPI’s and regulations as required by Company Standards.
  • Ensure that all third party deliverables are ceasing as scheduled to detour probable delays in completion of project.
  • Identify, resolve or escalate issues to appropriate team(s) and or outside vendors.
  • Enforce changes in policies, procedures and requirements within a timely manner as directed.
  • Facilitate daily conference calls \\ weekly board meetings with various team members to collaborate risks and assessments for various projects running simultaneously.
  • Diligent in Microsoft Excel * Database * Project 2007 * VBA * Pivot Tables and other Microsoft components.
  • Thoroughly trained in Project Management with all hours and requirements recognized and recorded by the Project Management Institute \\ Kepner Tregor – PMO.
  • Credited College Hours
  • Over 15 years corporate background \\ hospitality experience.
  • 9 years IT Support experience.
  • 7 years management experience
  • 5 years Business Analyst \\ Project Coordinator experience
