  • Oversaw the implementation of a PHP based website handling inventory management and ecommerce with an important integration with Amazon, Gilt and others. I handled the entire project lifecycle including requirements definition, creation of wireframes, creation of project plan, budget reporting, Implementation, QA & QC, resolution of issues and project signoff. The end result was the listing and of over 10,000 watches from over 200 dealers with Q1 financial results yet to be published.
  • UXL
  • Managed a team of business analysts in the creation of specifications, as well as the implementation team in the beginnings of implementation. This project was cut short when UXL was purchased by XPO. Unification of software systems obviated the need for the project. XPO was so impressed with our work, however, that Icreon continues to other projects with them.

  • Led a team to handle requirements gathering and development of an information governance plan for AARP. Part of this plan was a change management plan resulting in methodologies and procedures to develop the project roadmap going forward. The information governance system proposed helped AARP with compliance and document tracking, in a Gimmal designed SharePoint based system.

  • Oversaw a team of 5 to design specifications for and implement and integration between EMC’s Captiva and EMC’s Documentum to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to manually input forms. This process functioned in over 10 languages, each of which required its own OCR technology, and recognizing which technology to use by recognizing the underlying form, which required a pioneering use of the Captiva technology.
  • Kadmon Pharmaceuticals
  • Performed an information audit, and oversaw an effort to utilize EMC’s Documentum as a means to replace the currently used Dropbox. The goal was to use a more secure and robust repository for information, without putting an undue burden on the finance department who performed much of the Merger and Acquisition (M&A) work for the pharmaceutical group.

  • Led the requirements gathering effort to perform an overall information audit for Air Products. . The end result was a series of written reports outlining their information governance from a wide variety of perspectives: Information lifecycle model, an information Governance Plan, a Physical Records Assessment, a Share drive assessment, an Email plan, a business case and a Project Roadmap
