SUMMARY

Managing all Hard ware assets and Software License in the environment
Maintain software, hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, and servers) and license inventories for all locations
Has knowledge to work with tools such as Remote Management, SCCM Remedy / Service Now to execute day to day activities
Ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed teams to achieve results
Maintain Certificates of Destruction and asset tracking spreadsheet for all recycled equipment

Ensure retired assets are stored in a secured area, data removed, and marked for destruction or recycle
Perform periodic asset audits to verify the assets currently in use, the location and owner
Maintain a notification process for asset purchase to ensure proper tracking
Process invoices related to hardware/software vendor purchase
Ensure adherence to the processes defined by Confidential and Confidential
Should be flexible to adapt to the Confidential work culture
Is good Team player to work collaboratively with other team members
Take additional responsibilities and Proactively work towards identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology, customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization
