IT Contract Manager/Sr. Business Analyst, IT Outsource Governance

Responsibilities:

  • Expense Reduction efforts involving restructuring and extension of both the infrastructure and helpdesk outsourcing agreements to support the recently stated runoff business model. As a result of the contract extension, the agreements were extended four years and resulted in an ongoing run rate reduction of 36%, and an overall projected savings of $20 million
  • Provided business analyst support for the effort to transition the corporate data center from Charlotte to a new physical location in Blythewood, South Carolina.
