- Denise came on board after design stage and worked with consulting partner to assist with testing Line Item, Position and Asset Budgeting activities that comprised the Consolidated Budget Model. Throughout testing phase, Denise was able to educate client on the key data warehouse tables that are populated via the ETL’s and application engines that comprise the Planning and Budgeting application. - Denise came on board after design stage and worked with consulting partner to perform a current state assessment of Client’s Global Consolidations Project. Based on assessment, Denise was able to provide feedback as to subsequent testing approach required for go-live. In developing and executing the testing plan, Denise was able to identify key configuration that needed to be modified or added in order to meet client requirements. Through the testing phase, Denise was able to educate client and project manager on the overall data flow from the external Ledger Systems (PeopleSoft and Legacy) through the data warehouse tables (OWS and OWE). - Denise worked with client from requirements stage through the configuration stage. This entailed a Current State Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, Data requirements analysis. Initially, the client was implementing release 8.8. Upon Fit/Gap, an analysis was provided that recommended implementing the 8.9 instead of 8.8 versions. This analysis highlighted the client’s key requirements that would have been customizations with an 8.8 implementation but would instead be delivered functionality under the 8.9 release. The analysis also highlighted the lessoning infrastructure requirements of the 8.9 version.
