Getting requirements from Manager and searching for the Consultants according to the required skill set in job portals like Dice, Indeed, Career Builder, Glassdoor, Linkedin, Randstad and Computer jobs.
End to end bench sales/recruiting process in staffing, getting requirements, screening submitting resumes, scheduling interviews, feedbacks, updates.
