  • Getting requirements from Manager and searching for the Consultants according to the required skill set in job portals like Dice, Indeed, Career Builder, Glassdoor, Linkedin, Randstad and Computer jobs.
  • End to end bench sales/recruiting process in staffing, getting requirements, screening submitting resumes, scheduling interviews, feedbacks, updates.
