- TMDS - 5 Projects - Asked to take on assessment and reporting of project process with the 3rd party vendor. Vendor has been missing dates, and providing poor quality code. Created a small PMO to gather, assess, create and revive processes to re-energize the team. - Positive Train Control (PTC) Mechanical/Locomotive Program/Project Manager - Hired to set up a Project Management Office for the Confidential within Confidential Ft. Worth. This was needed to help them get back on schedule as they were lagging in their ability to provision and commision locomotives with PTC systems accroding to government PTC mandates. Responsibilities:
- Project Manager for new Treasury Management System - Enterprise Project Manager in charge of replacing the existing FundTech system with front end customer facing browser based S1 Enterprise platform.
