Responsibilities:
- I developed an enterprise capability model to represent the enterprise view of the business. I integrated the capability-based planning methodology and capability roadmapping to improve the business case life cycle, business-focused EA processes, and reduce the time to market. I worked with business/IT stakeholders to identify business and digital capabilities to support the quote-to-cash value stream, including digital marketing, digital commerce, and digital sales processes. I also mapped the marketing and sales value streams from Salesforce to outcomes and various marketing/sales/contract and order management applications and technologies, and identified information subject areas related to supporting applications to support impact and dependency analysis. I reviewed the current state of the solution architecture review and business case review processes and provided consulting services to improve them, using the business capability model to review business cases and prioritize projects.
- As a Senior enterprise business strategic architect for Confidential, a US insurance and financial institute, I provided architecture consulting services to business partners (CxO) in defining or designing business strategies, processes, capabilities, and customer journey mapping for a large customer-driven evolution (CDE) digital transformation initiative. I assisted in developing customer experience journey models, service blueprint design, and a capability model to deliver a remarkable customer experience. I also helped refine business strategies into concrete business capability changes and requirements and led the development of the future state business architecture and the roadmaps needed to implement these capability advancements. I participated in the creation of an enterprise-wide architecture to connect all the different business parts (strategy, capability, processes, technology, data, and experience). I worked closely with the digital and experience architecture and design team on digital and experience design, including mockup design, experience flow, digital visual template standard (DVTS), and service blueprinting. I participated in idea generation and prototype development for solution exploration while ensuring capability coverage for the customer's shopping journey. I identified new business opportunities from customer journey maps and designed new business models. I analyzed siloed versions of insurance policies, claim, bank, and money market web/mobile application systems and developed a strategy and holistic architecture for a unified single web/mobile platform where customers can log in and view all account and policy information in one place, including the ability to manage their profile and ps and transfer money across accounts. I also participated in the development of a mobile/digital analytics strategy and identified key digital capabilities needed to execute the strategy. I conducted market research on digital analytics technologies to support the digital capability model.
