• Risk Score Analytics and Reporting System RSARS Client: e4Xchange Corporation, USA Lead Data and System Consultant, e4Xchange Corporation is engaged in the cost effective software and IT development solutions for government and semipublic sector organizations. Risk Score Analytics System is a data/score analytics and reporting system. The software is a fully customizable risk scores evaluation, multi-dimensional analytics, reporting. Risk scores are used and enable enterprises to make a fast decision making in various decision making environments like healthcare, Medicare, insurance, environmental agencies, schools, and stocks/mutual funds analysis. Risk scores can also be used in evaluating a vendor risk profile, contract management and human services management. The system consists of a core data repository with verticals and horizontals, multi-dimensional attributes and functions, a rules engine an analytics engine and a reporting sub-system.
• As an expert SAS designer/ programmer consultant, I am responsible for initial study, requirements gathering, development of business and system requirements with deliverables of BRS, and SRS documents, and Use Cases. Supported development teams in story boarding, database analysis, UI design. Worked with modeling and ETL teams on business and functional rules, business rules engine, automating and scheduling of weekly table loads and jobs. Worked on the design of the web interface, design of the tables/ databases, reporting requirements, report design. Used Various Data Transformations like SQL join, SAS Sort, SAS Loader, Lookups and Data Validation and Analysis transformations. Used PC SAS and SAS EG for all SAS programming needs. Developed, registered and tested stored processes using EG. Applied various statistical functions to summarize and report data to senior management and decision support teams. Performed data quality issues analysis and reformed the data using SAS programs and EG tasks. Worked on demonstrating, designing the cubes as a process of fine tuning and upgrading the current reporting methodologies of legacy reports. • Web based Factorial Survey System for a government health organization Client: e4Xchange Corporation, USA Lead Data and System Consultant / Project Manager, e4Xchange Corporation is engaged in the cost effective software and IT development solutions for government and semipublic sector organizations. Web based Factorial Survey System is a survey development and management system. Unlike linear survey systems, this system uses factorial survey methodologies. The factors in such a survey design can be made essentially orthogonal making it possible to observe their effects uncontaminated by the usual overlapping in the real world. Many factors and levels within factors and rankings/ratings for each of them can be used. This approach is used mainly in scientific experiment surveys, measuring social judgments, and clinical/healthcare applications. The complexity of system consists of an interface for designing a survey depending on the need. This kind of survey system aims primarily in the fields of scientific data capturing and analysis.

PSPI The Philosophical Society of Perspective Independence is engaged in the cost effective Social Entrepreneur Development and Training Programmes. PSPI pioneered in developing and delivering project management training programs for social workers, volunteers in the social service organizations. Due to the distribution of its audience over a wider geographical area, PSPI is planning to deliver and manage the training programs over the web.
• I am responsible to assess the viability with preliminary investigation team on cost assessment. Worked on development of business and system requirements. Defined three major components namely course delivery function, SME function, Research and Application function to handle all the necessary client requirements. Worked with SMEs, development and implementation teams to transition the requirements, design of the web interface, design of the tables/ database, risk and Issues management. • Middleware Integration Projects Client: Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco, CA eBusiness System Consultant. Merger of Wachovia Bank with Wells Fargo Bank resulted in a large scale integration of Debit card, Credit Card, Brokerage etc businesses and their systems. Wells Fargo Middleware Services serves as an integration platform for both Wells and Wachovia systems. Wells Fargo Middleware Services Enterprise Business Services provides front end clients like CIV Customer Information View , SVP Stores Vision Platform and other clients, access to the various back end systems including mainframe systems like HOGAN which is a system of record for customers, accounts and transactions.
• I am responsible, as a E-Business System Consultant, for project estimation, project initiation meetings, identification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, working with stakeholders to create Impact Assessment, Functional System Design, Message Specifications, peer review, internal review, and external project review of the artifacts, working with development, testing and implementation teams for the requirements transition and clarification and support throughout the completion of the project in the release. Detailed Use Cases are developed for each functionality, to be part of the Functional System Design and Message Specification artifacts. APS Account Product Services of EBS manages the projects in 4 releases every year and I am responsible for 3 to 5 projects every release. Some of the projects that I contributed include, but not limited to, Rewards Conversion, HSA Transformation, IVR PIN violation increments, Accounts Bridge, BSG Brokerage, GL Conversion, Debit OLM Conversion, and Credit Card Auto Redemption Enrollment.
• Project Lightspeed Middleware Integration Client: AT T, San Ramon, CA Lead System and Business Analyst/ Project Lead. Project Lightspeed aims to move all the copper based systems to fiber-based systems, providing customers with high-speed Internet, IPTV and VOIP services. As a part of this effort all the ordering, inventory control and provisioning systems need to be prepared to accept the new customers in the fiber world. AT T Middleware Services provides messaging environment for ordering, inventory and provisioning systems. I am responsible for, as a Lead System and Business Analyst/ Project Lead, identifying and documenting business and technical requirements, developing impact assessments, collaborating with client teams, identification of stakeholders, performing high-level design, facilitating unified requirements and design sessions, reviewing BR/ TR/ HLD documents, performing data mapping and capturing request and response data, development of context diagrams, Use Cases, business rules and sequence diagrams as per UML standards, capturing assumptions and constraints, conducting Peer Reviews, documenting peer review defects and closing those defects, collaborating with development and architecture teams in the development of interface agreements, conducting process and content audits per EXPRESS standards. EXPRESS is AT T 's software development and project management standard in line with SEI-CMM . Application and System Analytics, reporting project performance using PC SAS. Company Enrollment and Data Loading processes consist of a complex workflow involving member banks, customer support help desk and the operations support personnel. The process is semi-automated and large amount of delays are attributed to the process of communication and the inadequate information from the member banks. The project work involved in collaboration with VISA US and International, Operations and Support, development teams to analyze, define and model current and future business processes, conduct gap analysis, develop use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, detailed requirements specifications, participated and contributed in system design, data model development, user interface development and work with developers.
