- Managed a project for the District of Columbia. The scope included establishment of the Program Management Office (PMO) to coordinate the inventory and assessment of assets of all city agencies. Developed and monitored project plans for 10 projects which were rolled up to a master project plan, created status reporting procedures, mentored new project managers, tracked and controlled budget and expenses (approximately $18 Million), approved time, interviewed, hired, scheduled and allocated resources. - As Project Manager, managed an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) project for Xcel Energy. With a team of 15 architects and business analysts, all processes and business units of the corporation were investigated and a Solution Outline produced to recommend how the business should move forward integrating its varied applications using Websphere Business Integration.
