Setting up and testing all new hedge fund business on the Geneva database, and researching any issues that may arise. Resolving any conversion related issues.
Verifying that all securities held by the Hedge fund such as bonds, equities, and derivative securities that are loaded into our databases are correct by data referencing to Bloomberg
Researching discrepancies regarding conversion data and tracks service provider inconsistencies. Any material discrepancies are documented and escalated to the client and a resolution is suggested.
Creates documentation for both audit purposes and review for internal and external clients.
Audit non - profit organizations in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Review contract provisions and grants and tested the accuracy of personal expenditure reports.
Prepare annual budgets for grant proposals.
Reconcile budget variances reports between budgets and actual.
Prepared consolidated financial statement (agency wide)
Coordinated with program directors to prepare and submit accurate and timely billing to fund sources.
