  • Confidential Most customers visited Confidential multiple times to search a national inventory of more than 20,000 vehicles before selecting a car to purchase. Confidential personalized shopping feature on Confidential will enable customers to pre-select any combination of vehicle search criteria. Customers can then use their saved criteria to instantly search the vehicle inventory whenever they visit Confidential. In addition, the Confidential personalization tool will provide contact and location information for the closest Confidential store. Confidential provides actual pricing, multiple photos, and a list of features for each vehicle in the company’s nationwide inventory.
  • The project involved designing and developing a web-based auto loan application for in-house users in the bank. My secondary project was to implement additional web pages around their online bill pay and redesign pages and other business as usual changes.
  • Prime function of the project was to add bill pay functionality and overall site redesign of the front end web pages, the look and feel, the navigation keeping the other functionalities same. My primary responsibility was to develop business specification documents for bill pay and site redesign, manage content and graphics changes as per business and compliance needs.
  • Implemented touch screen technology to allow visitors in a Confidential store to search through the on lot inventory, back lot coming soon inventory, print lot maps, compare vehicles and run a car matching algorithm to find possible alternatives.
  • Enhanced the in-store legacy systems to identify back lot inventory as saleable and searchable within the new in-store search website including the capability to reserve these vehicles.
  • Each Confidential location communicates with banks to make sure all transactions funded by banks are completed and DSO is within control and exceptions are dealt with immediacy. PeopleSoft’s AR module helps to create a sound communications between stores, home office and banks.
