This project is for maintenance of eSupport pages of AT&T website. eSupport pages are effectively used by customers when they need information or help on the product.
The eSupport includes Wireless, Internet, AT&T U-verse, Digital TV, Home Phone, Billing & Account, Additional Services, and Forums.

As System Analyst on the eCare Support and maintenance project, I hold the following responsibilities.
- My responsibility starts from Planning, design phase of the SDLC cycle and ends till the QA phase as an SME for given application/system.

Sales And Marketing Operational Data Base (SAMDB) is a warehouse for all the agency contact information. Currently all the contact information and the associated dimensions are stored in different platforms and different servers. This project is developed by using Data stage – ETL tool for IMS application. IMS cut over is a warehouse for all the agency contact information that will be used in Campaign Application. Currently all the contact information and the associated dimensions are stored in SAMDB/MODS database. This project transforms the data between MODS, SAMDB databases for Affinium- Cognos reports.

Marketing Operational Data Store (MODS) is a warehouse for all the agency contact information. Essence of this project is to set up Linux environment to support Data stage ETL – 7.5.2 version.
