• Next Bill Summary (NBS) was developed so that the customer could be informed via e-mail when they made changes to their account. • This project was coded and implemented by off shore team. Project included daily processing of PPV/VOD events and sending the processed data for billing. All unbilled events (with the exception of cancelled events) have been extracted and billed. They were marked with the Invoice Number to indicate that they have been billed.
• Journalization Process . This process provides the rated unbilled data to the revenue assurance and Finance Data warehouse. My responsibilities included creation of TCP document with the detailed Test Cases description.
• National Tables Update process. It included loading data in the tables for the first time and daily update of these tables with the reference data as a maintenance process. National Tables is used during the rating procedure. At the end of this procedure statistic report is created and emailed to the responsible team of people. Procedure included number of JCL jobs with the BMC utility that loaded data and sort steps that verify if specific table was updated.
