  • Perform analysis and support for several large finance database programs/data warehouse in Boeing Finance Department, using Access, Cognos, Oracle, Toad and Teradata.
  • Assist in the implementation of new accounting, business intelligence and MRP (manufacturing resource planning) programs and data warehouse reporting packages, including (1) comparing functionality of the new program to operations of the existing mainframe programs that were replaced; (2) planning for the migration of existing data and development of programs for retention of historical data; (3) identification of key data to be migrated to new Cognos reporting packages; (4) data mapping from old to new programs; and (5) related activities.
  • Assist in the development and testing of reporting packages for data warehouse (including relationship identification for joins), and develop and maintain over 150 Cognos reports in various reporting packages using parameter, union and other standard query types.
  • Program and maintain multiple Access and SQL Express databases and Excel macros used for merging and post-processing of data from disparate systems to provide cohesive reports with user-controlled filtering parameters.
