• Tested the Retail Pre Authorization tool for all of the product return centers of retailers like Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Staples, etc. within the US. This new functionality significantly reduced the handling of Dell returns for the retail partner and reduced the number of incorrect returns and associated credit reconciliations. For Dell, this process limited the number of orders the Returns handles and gave a platform which can now be migrated to new retailers.
