Responsibilities:
- Perform set ups of the reactor, including proper gases and chemicals being used per program for each customer. 30 min field checks on the process run, as well as being able to look and understand various gas gages, heat tracers, various pumps and where they go and what they do.
- Use lock out tag out to perform PMs as well as change overs/turn arounds.
- Data entry on all forms and paper work used in the process, read temp. gages, control valves, GMS, Gas Management System, along with heat pumps, gas lines and water lines.
