Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the multimillion dollar companywide administration and management of the purchase and inventory of materials necessary for the installation of residential and commercial radon mitigation systems.
- This position serves as a critical support function for over fifty (50) technicians conducting on-going system installations in twelve (12) states.
- Tasks and responsibilities additionally include various levels of problem solving to ensure uninterrupted operations include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and evaluating potential construction material vendors as well as negotiating pricing and contracts for goods and services.
- Acquire and maintain storage space for each technician
- Track orders and confirm delivery dates and costs with USPS, FedEx, and UPS
- Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed

Responsibilities:
- As a part of Operations which is the front line for addressing any and all issues that arise from either hardware or software utilized to keep the State of Michigan Lottery up and running 20 hours a day, while taking the proper steps to address the problems.
- Operations is liaison and problem solver for the National Response Center, DCA (National Communications Center), Field Service Technicians, Lottery Customer Support Group, Merchandising, QA, Reporting, Depot, Warehouse, the Draw Manager, Auditors, and the Lottery itself.

- Utilizing Putty for monitoring the quad systems to ensure that all gaming products are up and wagers are being processing.
- Following daily assigned system (Primary, Secondary, Backup, and Spare) based checklists and also running procedures as required by our site and the customer.
- Primary is responsible for facilitating draws and watching for any operational irregularities.
- Secondary is responsible for making the daily run to the Lottery as we were the offsite storage for the Lottery to swap back up tape cases as well as transport any correspondence or materials as required.
- Creating, documenting, and inventorying the daily back up system using a MS Access database.
- Restoring backups onto the Secondary system to facilitate report generation or analysis.
- Responsible for the building of new satellite sites on one of the three NOC's assigned to our site through Hughes satellite, as well as keeping each sites location data current with Hughes as well.
- Keeping the MS Access Retailer Database created by myself maintained and up to date for Operations and Lottery Customer Support.
- Maintenance and weekly generation of the SQF MS Excel Pivot Table Report created by myself for Field Services.
- Monitoring communications of 11,000 plus retailers primarily with the Comm Map which was conceived, developed, implemented and maintained by myself.
