Responsibilities:

writing automation code for test cases using C++ developing an automated test result system using VB to parse complex datasets
Used SQL Server to create an extensive relational database with an HTML front end to store/report results.
These results were read into an SQL Server database I designed and extracted via asp web pages. developed automated results parser in C# that read logs off machines and parsed them and send out emails with given results.
Resulted in overall time efficiency for the team in automating a task that could take 2 hours per team member each morning. wrote automation tool using ASP.NET, reducing task time from 3 hours to 15 minutes.
Java scripts were used to configure the machines and were launched on each machine using ADS technology.

Developed an application for the London underground ticketing system, this entailed writing stored procedures in T-SQL and extended stored procedures in C++ on an SQL Server platform, and the development of COM objects in C++ writing demo web applications for a real estate form, using cold fusion and SQL Server.
Involved searching for properties, placing bids online etc
This resulted in a successful long term contract for my company developed an application for a major insurance company in Dublin for giving mortgage/life insurance quotes etc.
Select was used during the design phase, Delphi for the code development and VB for the test automation code.
The application was developed as a COM object using a VB Test Harness.
