• Today within the Confidential managed accounts platform each product (SPS Advantage, SPS Advisor, Active Portfolios, Select, Vista, Investor and Access) has different paperwork, creating repetitive and inconsistent experiences for advisors and clients as they set up accounts and move between products.
• Delivering a single advisory agreement addresses competitive pressures, and advisor demand - especially from EAR advisors - by creating a better client and advisor experience and establishing a simpler, more streamlined process for home office.
• A simplified pricing design that considers all managed accounts in the client’s household including breakpoints for client fees and advisor compensation.
