Responsibilities:
- Developed all test scenarios and test cases for a Recruiting/Onboarding software-as-a-service implementation. Was the Technical/Test Lead and led a variety of test types.
- Partnering with our System Integrator co-developed the Test Strategy and Test Plan for our HR/Payroll/Benefits software-as-a-service implementation.
- Wrote the requirements and led the vendor selection process to obtain Performance Tests against our current and new Citrix environments.
- On one system implementation (Taleo Recruiting) also conducted extensive data analysis using MS Access to identify data quality issues. Additionally, led the System Integration Test (SIT) portion of the project, by developing the SIT strategy, outlining the test case scenarios, and creating all of the detailed test cases, including screen shots on a step-by-step basis. These detailed test cases were leveraged extensively in the User Acceptance Tests portion of the project, as well as providing the basis for a Support Manual.
