• Led the test effort for testing ETLs to send sales and inventory data to a 3rd party vendor, Retalon. This vendor uses the data to determine warehouse allocations and replenishments to the Confidential stores. The Recommendations from the 3rd party vendor is then consumed into the Confidential ERP system and used for shipping product to the stores. This was a 2.5-million-dollar project.
• Led the test effort to add the ability to download DLC (downloadable content) from Nintendo’s Code server at the time of sale. This allowed Confidential to discontinue purchasing of large inventories to support DLC products sales and minimized the chance of being out-of-stock.
• EDI transmission passing through IBM’s Sterling Integrator to vendors.
• Led the test effort to enhance Confidential ’s “Retail Stock Balancing” application to be multi-threaded which allowed the users to run multiple scenarios concurrently.
