Quality Assurance Analyst (Tech Lead)

Responsibilities:

Leading and Managing Internal Test team of six testers with onshore - offshore model to achieve & deliver high level of quality deliverable to client.
Implementation of Agile Application Life Cycle and be on track for iteration delivery from Test Team deliverable Like Test artifacts, Execution result report, Defect and iteration reports etc.
Key participant in Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, grooming session and Retrospective to achieve in depth noledge of User stories and get familiar teh Test team with changes, risks, system and test data requirements. Initiate analysis report to higher management proactively if there is a system dependency which leads to carry over of US and slippage in iteration deliverables.
Creating Test Plan, Test Estimation, Test Case creation, Test Execution, Test coverage documents & reports and track them till baseline with approvals from stakeholders.
Validation of data correctness, integrity between systems to accomplish end to end application flow & business value for teh customer with no failure/warning/defects due to new change in teh system.
Data setup/configuration for Portal environments INT, QA, UAT with tools/system like itracker, provisioning, ADAM, Inventory within a client's digital environment by which ensuring that a correct systems are configured for targeted environment and all are in sync (Systems, Environments and data). Ensuring that systems are able to handle bad request and data E2E correctly to achieve highly functional system with no system failure.
Key check Area for each build implementation with Data validation on multiple quality gate like source and target database tables, system logs, Json and XML logs, REST web service request and response.
Participating in BUG bash, Triage & runtime validation with multiple Internal and external teams to certify that there is no showstopper and blockage to promote teh iteration build to next level which leads to minimize teh defect unearth in later stages/environments and minimize fix cost to teh organization.
Coordination with Multiple teams for Test data setup for multiple environments to conduct PWT for E2E interface connectivity and data flow validation to ensure data integrity and correctness.
