- Assisted in APQP activities by Creating & maintaining PPAP Documents for quality verification & data acquisition activities to meet customer, QSB, BIQS and IATF 16949 requirements.

- Redesigned Chassis to accommodate the Battery using CATIA V5
- Utilized the initial calculations based on vehicle parameters & CAD drawings procured from supplier to design the Braking system.
- Proposed the use of ventilated Aluminum disc which reduced the weight by 1.2 lbs. and increased heat dissipation by 10%
