• Organized each release as it was received from development, assigning QA personnel various applications to test, and assigning test cases.

• Responsible for the content management of the main Confidential intranet site, CMD Connect.Daily. This included entering all change requests into Test Director and assigning it to a developer, verifying the fixes were done correctly, moving the changes into our staging environment for review by the Business Manager, and, upon approval, moving the files into the production environment.
• Maintained the 500 page website, with an average of 50 pages changed per weekly release, not including misc. changes done during the rest of the week.
• Maintained and responded to the CMD Connect Mailbox.
• Responsible for testing any changes made to the TCL (The Construction Lender) software. This included all QA functions from reviewing the BRD, creating test cases, executing test cases, entering all defects into Test Director, working with developers to fix any defects found, and approving for release to UAT and Production.
• The TCL testing effort also included extensive backend SQL testing and AS/400 data verification.
• Responsible for reviewing the production environment to verify everything was working as expected.
• Verification of TCL also included the connectivity between it and our Main Street product, which is used extensively by our users.
• I was the main QA Engineer responsible for complete QA of the companies Information Interstate Intranet site.
