QA lead

Responsibilities:

• Update the estimates for Test analysis, Test design and Test execution against Features/User Stories in Rally.
• Collaborating with multiple product teams to understand the Features/User stories and create a test plan that covers the end to end functionality involving all the product teams.
• Execute the test cases of high priority features involving multiple product teams and ensuring delivery of a 100% quality product.
• Ensure all the defects related to the Features/User stories assigned are fixed.

• Support production issues by replicating the scenarios in lower environments and testing the same post fix for emergency release. Thus, ensuring 100% Customer satisfaction.
• Perform limited Test in production environment to ensure the functionality works.

Business analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Product Owners and Business stakeholders to analyze new requirements in detail.
• Perform feasibility Analysis on new requirements with all the system architects and get approvals from product owners and other business stakeholders in order to commence the design.
• Implemented Agile methodologies and/or Waterfall model in all phases of design based upon the requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define technical specifications, interface specs and workflows
• Create request and response XML with all the necessary data, fields to satisfy business requirements and enable communication between system components as per design using SOAP UI.
• Initiate Cross functional team calls with all the architects from impacted system components, test teams to ensure accurate understanding of the requirements.
• Define the usage of system features and functions to meet business needs
• Establish shared understanding of requirements with cross-functional Agile development team via user stories, process flows, and other analysis techniques

Responsibilities:

• Immense experience in Agile based e2e Functional and Integration Testing, Analysis of Data Preparation, Handling Data Integrity issues, Review of end to end System Functionality and identify Root Cause, Drive Solutions fixes with E2e design and System components, RCA and Defect Triage.
• Good analytical skill in conducting detailed root cause analysis along with Business analysts and development teams.
• Interface with e2e designers, System designers and development teams to ensure design meets requirements and plan for creating the test plans.
• Perform Test planning- Understanding the requirement, Writing Test strategy and Designing Test cases in HP QC according to the requirement.
• Interact with Development teams, E2E Designers, Stakeholders on various test issues.
• Able to lead a team efficiently and coordinate with multiple teams/vendors from different geographical location.
• Responsible for defect raising in HP QC and tracking until resolution is managed and defect closure
