Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA tester for Workday. Workday is an on-demand cloud based HRIS software solution. My role is to provide QA services for the integrations. Integrations (packaged and studio custom) are little applications built on an object oriented (similar to Java) language that either receive or send files containing HR data. This data is highly confidential.
  • Attended the week long Workday training course: Workday Fundamentals in, at the Workday headquarters located in Pleasanton, California.
  • The integration files are either inbound or outbound. Both are supported. They are endpoints between two locations as a means to send or receive data to/from Confidential ’s vendors.
  • Workday 19 was what was implemented. I have supported the QA efforts up to WD 22
